34 white male looking for a room. i dont believe in leaving messes(clothes on the floor of my room is as bad as i get), im quiet, respectable, mature, easy to get along with, pay bills on time and have plenty of references.
i was relocated to orlando from texas last summer and just looking to perhaps be closer to my job as well as a change of scenery. been in my current room for rent residence since august.
