hi, i'm nicki,

i am a 23 year old female looking for a one bedroom with my 21 year old boyfriend jj, and our cat deca. she is litter trained and doesn't spray. we have to be out by the first of this month and have rent ready.

we were supposed to be getting an apartment with a friend and he bailed on us last minute and left us in a bind. we are looking to move immediately.

i work a full time job, and my boyfriend works part time, both very close to the area (pollo tropical and next level lan on university by forsyth). we both walk and are looking for a place a bit closer, especially with the summer heat. i work mostly nights (4pm-1am) and jj works mornings (12pm-7pm) so we're not home very often, and we are used to coming in quietly.

we also get paid weekly if you would like rent to be paid weekly we can do that too :). we are both very clean and don't leave messes in common areas, and we both wash dishes immediately after using them.
