i am not looking for a furnished room, but would be happy to rent one as long as i can bring my own queen mattress.

i've often rented with guys and girls, so have no preference there. i am not looking to rent a home with children or pets (dogs are okay though, i am allergic to all others). i am a very clean person and won't really have any guests over. i will be spending most my time working, at the gym and with my family. while home i mostly just read a lot and watch some movies. i cook sometimes. i'm a pretty laid back person and generally get along with everybody. i might rent in a house with another couple present, as long as there's no yelling. i like my home to be my haven.

my brother lives in poway and i am looking to rent either in poway or surrounding cities. i would like to rent for 650-800, but am willing to go to 1000 for the right place. i would like my own bath, but am willing to share as long as it's only with one other person.

no, i do not do drugs and am not a criminal. i will not live in a house that people smoke in. i don't mind outside smoking, as long as it's not constant and doesn't get in the house. i drink sometimes, maybe twice a month and mostly wine or a cocktail.
