hi, my name is rachel wein and i'm looking for preferably another student (male or female) to share a 2/2 with! i have actually found quite a nice complex off goldenrod and university called sunkey which has some really really nice 2/2s. i am ready to move out of my current apartment on may 1st!i am quiet, clean, organized and probably won't be around much anyway as i do go to school, and work quite often.
pets are ok if you have them, but keep in mind that you will prob. have to pay a pet deposit if we rent an apt. together.
i require my own room/bathroom...and would be willing to share a 2/1 if you are just as clean and respectful as i am!
i'm really down to earth, not a party-er (at least not within our apartment) looking for someone to hang out with, ya know, study, do hw, and what not. i just hate living with people and having no contact with any of them (my current situation: the roommates aren't very friendly)
