i am a very layed back, easy going individual who is looking for the same type of roomie. i manage a restaurant in the villages and would not be around a lot because of the long hours. i do like to have a good time, within reason, and hopefully not every night at the house, but do enjoy the occasional get together. i have never had a problem with any roomate in the past. i am average in the cleanliness department, and any mess would be in my living area. i prefer a private bathroom, but do not require it. short term or month to month prefered due to my marital status (possibly seperating), but i am very reliable when it comes to paying bills and rent on time.
