i am a professional male looking to share a rental location (e.g., private home, apartment ,etc.). i do drive but would prefer to be within a few blocks of public transportation. though i go to a "9 to 5" place of employment, i occasionally work from home in my room....so arrangements for internet access is crucial.

i believe in leaving a room better than i found it (which does not mean i will clean up after roommate) but it does mean i am considerate of the property and space of others. as such, i expect the same of my roommate.

i'd prefer to not share a residence with a smoker, even an outdoor smoker. i prefer to not share a residence with someone who has pets. if your pet rules you, you live for your pet, or you believe your pet should be able to "roam" please do not consider me.

i am an even-tempered person. i love conversation and participating in various indoor and outdoor activities. i love humour but don't worry, i am well-past my "short-sheeting" days...and, yes, i can take a joke.

i speak english and french and i am working to improve my spanish and portuguese so there is no language requirement...in fact, if english is not your first language, so much the better.
