i'm young-minded as well as mature retired professional with no pets or children (although i love both). yes, that's right - 64 years old. geez, when i was a kid, we used to call people in this age group "old geezers." and now, look where i am! . . . . anyway, i'm looking for a room to rent with kitchen (and bathroom of course) privileges. i'm neat (refers to tidy as well as personality), clean, quiet (somewhat introverted), drug and disease free. i don't drink (alcoholic beverages) or smoke (anything) but don't mind if you do (after all, it's your bod, so the way you treat it is your own business). l spend most of my time (writing) on my computer). so you'll hardly see me or hear me (kinda like a church mouse or monk). . . . . anyway, i'm easy to get along with and willing to help with household duties. . . . . i'm looking for a room this august . . . . . hope to hear from you soon.
