my name is joanna, i just turned 26 yrs this next month and am seeking a private room near csulb. i have been living in seattle for the past few months on an educational leave from school. however i'm returning for the spring semester which begins in january. right now i am currently working and saving up money. i also receive financial aid and work study.

i am a pretty responsible adult, having been living on my own since i was 20 years old. i like to keep things clean and am respectful of others and their belongings. i do not smoke or drink. during my free time i like to read, draw and play video games.

what i'm looking for:

- private room ($400 - $500 range, including utilities)
- close to csulb, especially since i do not have a car and will be taking the bus
- occasional get togethers allowed ( most of my friends and family live in la and are also pretty busy so we don't see each other very often but once in while they come over and we just talk and catch up)
- private bath room appreciated, but not necessary

i'm moving back to california on january 5th and will most likely stay with a friend till i find a new place to move into. the spring semester starts on the 20th, so i need to move in before then. if you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
