hello!

my name is andrew. i am a 30 year old man with a 4 year old australian shepherd mix looking for a room. preferring a temporary situation unless things work out great. i work for a title company in dallas and spend a lot of time working. go to bed early, wake up early, no drugs, light drinker. room does not need to be furnished - i have everything i need. i do smoke cigarettes occasionally, but i'm respectful about my disgusting habit and only do so outside and clean up afterwards.

i moved here from austin 9 months ago for work and shared an apartment with a dear friend. this dear friend spent most of this time unemployed, which caused myself to drain the funds i should have been saving to establish myself in dallas and spend it to pay his side of the rent instead. i'm looking for a chance to refill my bank account and spend a few months in a quiet room until such time that i figure out where in dallas i'd like to call home.

neither age nor gender really matter to me. would prefer a place that does not have frequent parties or loud gatherings, with no drugs, dog friendly, and trying not to go any higher than $400/per month. this is negotiable, as well as any deposit you might require. am also prepared to supply proof of employment. i'd like to be settled in a new room by late july or very early august. look forward to hearing from you.
