taking a new job that requires travel between bastrop & caldwell county so i'm looking for a roommate in any of the following places:

requirements: rent $550 max (with all bills included); at least 2 bedroom/1 bath; home, duplex, apartment, room for rent, all okay - we can find a place together or i can join you at yours; washer/dryer & hardwood/tile floors preferred, but not required.
about me:
i am a 23 year old, very laid back, heterosexual female. i am drama free, a social drinker, require respect and open communication. i'm witty, open-minded, friendly and considerate and require the same in a roommate. outside smokers are okay, don't partake in 420 & prefer not to be around it constantly. i prefer someone who doesn't have children or an excessive amount of baggage, etc. because i don't! i want a roommate(s) & friend since i don't know anyone in the area yet!
i just graduated with a psychology/education bachelors degree from ut austin this may. this job is my first one out of college. i will work 8am - 5pm, m-f, so i need a roommate that can be respectful of the fact that i have to be up early & therefore need quiet when its time for bed! i'll spend a lot of my weekends just relaxing at home, driving in to austin or san marcos for the weekend to go out, not expecting to have people over to our place much, if at all.
i have a people friendly, quiet, older cocker spaniel/poodle mix. cats and other pets are okay if you have them & are willing to split any pet deposit that might be required. dogs are fine too, but they must be very docile like my dog or else they likely won't get along.
