the condo has two full master bedrooms so you have privacy! washer/dryer inside the unit and bigger machines on the first floor. anyone who knows about "the met" knows its just beautiful. 24 hour security and gated community. 4 pools with jacuzzi, gym and tennis courts. you will also have a parking spot and there is plenty of guest parking. the bed you see in the picture can stay if you need it, or it can go... you will have access to absolutely everything. kitchen, dishwasher, dishes, etc...a little about me:
i cannot believe i'm 30!! i am single(that means i am happy:) and trying to not be such a workaholic! my priorities in life are my health, my friends and family, and sanity. that means no drama. as i stated before, i'm looking for someone who wants to be friends not just roommates. i take yoga classes about 3-4 a week and enjoy hiking, etc. i still enjoy going out as long as my energy level allows... lol. and we are grown-ups (unfortunately) so if you want to have someone over, even spend the night, do what you want! i want you to feel and treat this place like your home. i will ask for first and last months rent and month to month is okay because i do not want you there if you don't to be :). i do not have a lot of furniture at the moment because i have only been here for a few months and this was enough for me and the current roomie. so if you have furniture, you can bring it with you if we decide it will work for the place. please contact me with any questions.... i would love to talk to you and know what you are about :) no smokers. i will consider a cat (maybe a small doggie if he is adorable) but not children... definitely not children.
note: rent is $990 plus half utilities which run about 75-100 per month.
