i'm renting my master bedroom in a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo the setting of the unit is apartment like so the parking here is pretty bad (the only down side). the room has recently washed carpet with plenty of closet space it is really a huge room the bathroom is a bit small as it has a shower no tub. room is totally unfurnished utilities are included wifi also included we do not have cable here (maybe soon). we are a total of three here one in the one room and two in the other we are very independent and quiet we all work and go to school, we don't smoke, drink on occasions but not at home. if we do have a relative over they only come and visit for a couple hours, we arent really strict on overnight guest as long as they are in your room and noise to a very minimum.

full house privileges, we are really jst looking for a chill person that is responsible and pays rent on time.
