hi everyone...i'm moving to a 3 bedroom condo in villa san marco the end of this month. it located behind the ponce de leon mall off of 312 and old moultrie rd. i have 2 bedroom open with a share bathroom for rent. the rent will be $400/month plus $200 deposit for 1 bedroom(1person only) included water, electric, basic cable, and internet. the condo is not furnished, but it has the kitchen with microwave, washer and dryer, you can use anytime. the complex also has a gym and pool. i don't drink, party, or smoke. i don't even have pet or kid. so i prefer someone who does the same. this place is only for my working days because most of my day off i stay in jacksonville. i'm not around the house much so you don't have to worry about seeing me all the time. however, i prefer someone is honest, quiet, non-smoker, clean, responsible professional or student. oh, if you are a student or yamato japanese steak house's customer, i will only take $390/month. i like pets, but sorry i prefer not to have any pet in the condo. if you are interested or have any question just email me at htran0810@yahoo.com. thanks for reading and good luck everyone...
