i have one bedroom available for rent in a beautiful spanish style house! you can sign a 6 month lease or rent month to month, your choice. the bedroom has hardwood floors, two windows overlooking the beautiful back yard and orange tree. i am asking $1000 per month. the house is great -- it has a hot tub in the back yard, cable, wireless internet, a full kitchen & dinning room. street parking always has available spots right in front of the house. the house is on s. windsor blvd near olympic blvd in los angeles (ten minutes from hollywood). i am the landlord, dirien, and i live in the master bedroom. i run my own it business and work in an office in hollywood. i'm looking for a professional roommate to fill one bedroom. i want roommates who are conscious and healthy who have steady income and full time jobs outside the house (please do not respond if you work from home). i am creating a positive, respectful vibe in the house with no drugs and no drama. i am not interested in having any pets at this time. take a look at the pictures and contact me if you would like to come see the house and meet me in person.
