i am renting out 2 rooms of my home to 1 person. the rooms are about 8ft. x 12ft. i live in a 4 bedroom split level with a large backyard.i am asking $600 a month plus half of utilities. total bills will be around $1000 a month(higher during the summer due to a/c bill.) i am a 42yr old male...an occasional smoker(not in the house) and moderate drinker. i am very easy going and easy to get along with. please let me know a little about yourself....hobbies, interests, job etc....and if i feel we would be compatible roommates we can set up a time to meet in person and take it from there.
