i sleep in the living room, i have an open bedroom that my old roommate had. only one bathroom but we havent had any problems with that thus far. living room has xbox 360 and other consoles with large flat screen, surround sound, 3d blu ray player, 2 couches and a large "ultimate sac." i do have a cat but she is super chill and basically just sleeps all day. never bites and never scratches. i do not have cable because i mostly watch my shows on netflix or on my laptop but if you want cable i have no objection. i spend a lot of time listening to music and playing video games but am still very considerate about noise levels. i don't drink, smoke, do drugs, do anything really lol. i am a really relaxed laid back person that just wants to wind down after a long days work. i go out to denny's a lot with my friends late late at night so some nights i wont even be home until about 3. i generally cook and clean for the household. i work at a pizza place so i generally bring home free food every night, from pizza to sandwiches to fresh salads. have a nice patio and a lot of storage space left. looking for anyone just to help split the cost of living a little bit more. the rent total is $577 but split in half is going to be about $280 and that includes the water, gas, and trash pickup. then after that all i have is a $40 internet that we split and the electricity that is generally about $100 that we split. total cost of living for each person will be about $350 a month. all you need at move in is you and your $350 dollars for first month (can work with you on money for first month.) if you need any help moving things in i will be more than happy to assist but we will have to schedule a day and time because i work. for any questions or if you even just want to know more about me, feel free to call or text me (brandon) at (832)969-7148.
