i'm an rn, my roommate is a vet tech. we are 24 and 37, the rent is 945 a month split by 3 or 4 people for a 4 br apartment. the apartment is gorgeous! we are very laid back people, however, there are things we are just not okay with: late rent, late utility bills, parties, drugs, messiness. we are good people, and we expect the same from you. we do not want someone that brings home a different male or female every night as we don't like a bunch of strangers in our house. we both work long hours, so we are rarely home.
