i am a young (26) single professional looking to share a great townhome, my current roommate is moving out on july 1 (might be able to move in a week earlier if necessary). i am a reasonably social person and prefer someone else who is as well, but is still respectful of professional schedules, etc. our lease extends until feb 1, 2012, with an option to extend or potentially go month-to-month after that. we live in an excellent location that is quiet yet close to downtown/las olas, the beach, 95/595, and the airport.
