i am looking for a roommate to share my house with. this house has two bedrooms and one bath.

i live in denton, on the intersection of gober and scripture. i am literally 3 minutes from unt (university of north texas) walking (you can save up on gas by walking or biking to school). i am about 4-5 miles from twu and 3-4 miles from unt.

we are right in the middle of the action so we have great neighbors who are all students or professionals.

a house this close to unt, like all the other houses around us, are usually priced much higher due to it being in high demand. my current roommate is moving out at the end of january and so i need to find a roommate asap, thus the cheap price of this offer.

i am a 25, male. male or female doesn't matter just as long as you are organized and neat.

i smoke but not in the house. i have an american eskimo dog, who is very well trained since she used to be a show dog, i do not mind pets, but if you have a cat, cleaning the litter box on a regular basis is required. we will sign a lease and the rent will be required on a set date every month. the bills ad up to around $70. i have fios 25 mb high speed, verizon internet that costs $30 extra a month. the deposit is $300, but is not required right away. the deposit will be given back to us at the end of the lease year, unless the house is burnt down lol.

you have all the same rights to the house when you live here and all the decisions will be made equally. i have lived on my own since i was 15 , in cyprus (greece) and i have had more than a dozen roommates before so i have a pretty good understanding of how these things can work.
