the room is available to move into as soon as possible.i am charging $450 a month for rent, and $150 a month for all the utilities included. ($600 total at the beginning of each month for everything)
the whole house will be available to you.
the room is large. it has large windows so it’s very good sunlight and a closet.
the utilities include brighthouse cable package with dvr, wifi internet connection throughout the house, water, washer/dryer, electric, reverse osmosis water filter, i have a water softener, a veggie garden out back and a large front and back yard.
i am 24. i own an event planning company. i work about 6 days a week and have sundays off. i’m extremely clean and i am looking for someone who cleans up after themselves. i love to travel. i do not smoke. i drink socially but not every night. i’m not really a party animal but i definitely like to have fun. i hardly have people over.. and if i do it’s more like a daytime bbq. i have great friends who are very friendly and we tend to do a lot of outdoor stuff.. canoeing, going to the beach, bike riding, etc. and we’re always inviting people so you’d never feel left out.
basically, i work hard but i enjoy relaxing and having fun too. i’m looking for someone that i can get along with and not be stressed out because they’re messy or party a ton.
