i just bought a house and need another roommate! i'm looking for someone who is moderately neat so i don't have to clean up after you, but im not too picky. i am a biomedical engineering student, and the other roommate is a biology major. the house is 1600 square feet with a large living room and kitchen, and good sized bedrooms, so there is plenty of space for three people. the living room will be furnished, and the kitchen, with all appliances, dishes etc., but the bedroom will not be furnished. the back yard is quite large as well, and we have a grill. the house is also super close to campus, it only takes me ~3min to drive to a&m, and there is a bus stop about 1min walk from the house.
