we are 2 college students at fau, age 23 with reliable jobs looking for another roommate. the room is the master bedroom, large room, walk-in closet, private door to the balcony. washer and dryer included. pool and gym included. utilities and cable not included in price of rent, but very affordable and due at different times of the month. room overlooks tennis courts. we have 1 cat, very friendly, won't even notice he's there. lease ends in october, but you can always renew. we are very fun, responsible, respectful, easy to get along with girls who always pay rent on time. :)
