my name is john, and i am looking for a roommate/ or even multiple roommates. there are three bedrooms that are open right now. you can pick which one you want, or even rent more than one. i am using one bedroom as an office right now, but all of that can be consolidated into my room to make 4 rooms available. i am looking for responsible people who can pay their bills on time. there is a fire place down stairs in between the living room and dinning room. the fireplace is two sided and can be used in the dinning room and living room at the same time. you can kind of see it in the stair picture. comfy leather reclining sofas, and a 60 inch flat screen in the living room for everyone to enjoy the downstairs is all tile and all the rooms upstairs have new carpet and fresh paint. the back yard is fenced. also there is a washer and a dryer available for use. a few things you should know about me. i currently live alone with my dog, lauren, he is an english bulldog who is kid friendly. i am a 27 year old gay male. i have strong family values, and will have my nieces and nephews visit me every once in a while. so if you don't like kids or cant deal with them for a few days it probably wont work. i drink on occasion, but i will always try to be considerate for those who have to sleep. i am looking for anyone who has a job, owns a car, and people who are responsible and can pay bills on time. i don't care if you smoke, but please don't in the house. im pretty easy going and none judgmental. please don't do drugs. i will not judge you for 420 just be polite about it, and know that i do not smoke. send me an email with your number and i will text you back. the house is 15 minutes from downtown. it is in the suburbs, but within 15 minutes to major things. about the pets, we will have to meet up an see if our animals get along. the neighborhood has a swimming pool, hot tub, basketball courts, and two kids play parks. if you have googled the location and you are ok with coming to check it out send me a text at nine three one 80278 one four. tell me a little about yourself!
