the apartment - rent $645/mothe master bedroom is available w/ walk-in closet, slider closet, and ac in this this 2 bedroom apartment near appanaug 4 corners in warwick. heat and water included. parking in front of building. trash, recycling, and snow removal included. laundry room at the end of the building. apartment is furnished except for open master bedroom. apartment complex also has a gym, pool, yoga, happy hours and package receiving. utilities (electric and internet) are approximately $100 per month, which we’d split.
the location:
3 miles from the train station and tf green airport in warwick. minutes away from rt 2 with all the shopping you need. close enough to providence to get a city feel yet far enough away to get some quiet.
the roommate:
early 20s female. laid-back, dependable, respectful and friendly. into yoga, relaxing, netflix binge watching on weekends and spending time with family.
you:
looking for respectful, social, kind roommate who is responsible about rent and bills (we split everything 50/50). perfect for a young professional or grad student.

apartment will be available november 1st. i would ideally like to sign the lease again with someone before november 1st. 1 year lease preferable but negotiable.
