we are a light hearted, fun loving family. i work and go to school full time at uci and my boyfriend will is military and has a part time weekend job. neither of us are home very often. we have two children who live with us. my 4 year old, robert lives with his father for half of the week and goes to day care during the day. our 3 month old, dylan goes to day care during the day and is a quiet baby who already sleeps through the night. we have a spare bedroom we would like to rent out. the condo we rent is very next ce, with an upgraded kitchen. we have a queen sized bed already in the spare bedroom and can offer a dresser if needed. for the most part it will be quiet, as we are both very busy people. we would like an individual who is responsible, reliable, and fairly neat.
