hey.. i have a room for rent available now. the room is furnished w/ full-size bed, dresser, bedside table, tv and cable box, (it can be empty if need be) the house is in a nice neighborhood in valrico.. it is two story, 5 bedrm/2 1/2 bath.. the bathroom is shared but there are never any conflicts. $600 includes rent, utilities, cable, wireless internet.. everything. there is no deposit required.. some of the house amenities include:-fully furnished/stocked kitchen and living room
-poker room with nice poker table
-ping pong table
-xbox 360 online, plasma tv, recliners
-washer/dryer room
-screened patio w/ propane grill
-4 car driveway
