we are looking for a roommate, the main tenants of the house is me and my wife, and the monthly rent is $500, utilities included.there are some things you need to be cool about if you are interested.
-- we have cats, and admittedly sometimes its messy because we both work but we try to clean up weekly.
-- the 4 people in the house are mostly introverts and want their personal privacy and spaces, sometimes we do watch tv at the living room, but other than that, the atmosphere is pretty chill.
-- no overnight guests and strictly no house parties.
-- please don't expect a large room
