i am looking for the right roommate-- i am not in a rush, i can wait until i find someone i get along with. i am friendly, personable, open-minded, and energetic. i am also a phd student who needs quiet time from 9am-2 to work on my dissertation. i am a youthful 32-- i like cooking, art, literature, and dancing. i would like to find a positive, friendly, respectful, mature and tidy type person (mid 20s to early 30s)-- preferably an student or fun professional. i do not want a depressed, angry, hateful, dirty, or constantly loud/partying type person. i do have cats and one aging, very relaxed, not dangerous bearded dragon in a tank-- my pets are very well cared for. i live in a large, luxury condo with gorgeous views of river, wood floors, gated, close to interstate, close to usf, on busline. water, electric, cable, wireless internet, washer/dryer on patio including in the rent.
