we are an established gay couple of 17 years, non-drinkers, non-smokers and have been in the house for 10 years.

we have a house in carrollwood to share with a non-smoking, stable person. you would have your own room, with an adjacent bathroom. the room has a walk-in closet, cable hook-up (with some premium channels), high speed internet. some of the amenities include a washer/dryer and dishwasher and we have a gas grill in the backyard.

a cleaning service comes in bi-weekly to do bathrooms, floors and general cleaning.

this is in a quiet neighborhood with no thru streets and is close to many restaurants and grocery shopping.

all utilities are included!
