one bedroom available in 2 bedroom/1.5 bath townhouse-style condo located in quiet complex (bavarian village). walking distance to convenience stores, restaurants, bars, and public transit. plenty of visitor parking in complex (unit comes with two parking passes and one assigned space). complex is off of 42nd street between fletcher and bruce b downs with easy access to both i-75 and i-275 making this location perfect for grad students and young professionals.bedroom is medium-sized with a large amount of closet space and a good sized window overlooking a large grassy area of the complex with large trees. unit sits on second and third floors. downstairs features a decent sized eat-in kitchen with lots of cabinets and a large pantry, a half bath, and a living room which opens onto a covered balcony. balcony has a small storage closet containing a full size washer and dryer. upstairs are two bedrooms, a storage/linen closet, hallway vanity with sink, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. total size of the unit is a little over 1,000 square feet.
the current occupant has lived here for several years but is now moving overseas. the roommate who is staying is a mid-20s, female professional who is friendly and respectful of others' space and looking for the same.
rent is $775 per month split equally between both occupants. electric bills range $65-$100 per month (also split equally). water is included. internet/cable depends on what the two of you decide you need. the complex is served by brighthouse networks. total cost for rent and utilities per person is almost always under $500 per month.
landlord lives in dunedin so she is close enough in case of emergencies but keeps her distance so long as all is well.
the room will be available no later than august 1st but an earlier move in date (as early as july 1) is negotiable. if you move in partway through july, rent for that month will be prorated.
