i am ambitious and hard working. i just left my company of 8 years to start my own so i am very busy. i was always getting my mba at ut (where i got my undergrad) but have left to focus on my company. i am looking for someone who is clean, friendly, a professional that understands what it means to have to work and is respectful and trust worthy. i have lived in tampa for 13 years so i can offer pointers.

the house is a very nice house in seminole heights which is just north of downtown. there are lots of nice bars and restaurants around, a bus line (direct to downtown and usf) within walking distance and its only a short 5 min drive to downtown or 10 mins to usf. i keep the place very clean and have had roommates for years (so i am good at it). the room has a tv, bed, dresser, book shelf and end tables. the bathroom is right next to the room but it is the only bathroom for the downstairs (meaning guests use it) otherwise the bathroom is basically a private one.
