so here goes nothing, i have 2 rooms for rent and although it's never easy living with someone you don't know i am now in a place where i am having a hard time affording the mortgage on my condo and tired of leaning on my parents who keep giving me a hard time about the amount of money i owe them for what they are helping me with. i am a 25 year old female looking for one or two roommates to help out with the bills and possibly find new friends. i work for leon county schools and go to school part time online. i spend a lot of my time with my best friend and her new daughter. she doesn't bring her by the house very often so if you're big on kids or infants not to worry. i am a very laid back person who likes to keep a clean house. i enjoy watching movies and just hanging out at home, i am not a big party person but i do enjoy socializing. i have two cats, a 3 years old female that is sweet as pie, and a 1 year old male who just loves to play. i am asking for $600 a month and nothing less than a 6 month lease. i'm not asking for any deposits or security fees. i know the economy is rough so if $600 is a little out of your price range i am willing to negotiate the best possible price for you. the rent though does include all living expenses except for food (but i do share), this includes, cable, internet, electricity, water, gas, washer/dryer and rent. one of the bedrooms has a bed and a dresser in it, but the furniture can be moved out of the room if you have your own stuff. there is a back patio off the back of the condo and there are people who live above me. i am going to be honest, you can hear the people walking around from time to time and it can get annoying but it's really not all that bad. if you have any other questions i am willing to answer all and any questions you might have.
