hello. looking for a roommate to live with me in a sunny isles apartment condo. there is a private beach access, pool, parking, beach view, walking distance to shops, trump towers, jade, 10 minutes to aventura mall, 20 from south beach, 20 from fort. lauderdale. i would prefer to live with a female/ male in their 20's that is employed. unfortunately, i do not have pictures as of yet of the condo. email me anyways and i will email them to you when i receive them. we must be ready to move in before february. it will be $1000 for the first month and a $1000 deposit included. if you would like to see the apartment i can have that arranged for you.
