hello!
i'm moving out of this house, which means that i'm trying to help look for a roommate for my current roommate who will be staying until july. he's awesome, and so is the house! it's a 3/2 with only him as a roommate, so the third bedroom can be used for storage space. there're two living rooms, so you don't have to stay in your room to have private/shared space, and one of the living rooms has floor-to-ceiling book cases and lots of storage!
house has yard (but no fence) storage shed outside, fireplace, central air, dishwasher and full size washer and dryer. since i'm the one screening roommates, i'm going to try to be particular, but mostly i'm just looking for someone who is responsible, semi-clean, doesn't party too much (the occasional is fine), and just generally likes a nice place to live and will try to keep it that way.
the neighborhood is really nice and has a lot of character. it's one of the older neighborhoods, which means the trees are big, the streets are winding, and the houses have more than one shape and layout. the neighbors are also really friendly.
the house owners don't want a second dog, but cats are fine, and hey girl is pretty good with them. i am looking for someone who wants to stay until july. that is when the current lease is up and wilson will probably move. if you would like to renew the lease at this point, that is up to you and the landlord and can probably be arranged.
if you want to see the house, the best way is probably just to go to maps.google.com and type in the address and go to street view. sorry i don't have a camera!
