i'm an easy going, fun guy (in my own mind ;-). i work a lot but i also like to have fun, stay active, travel, cook. during the weeknights i'm chill, most days. i want to make sure whoever stays feels like its their place too. i could tell you all about myself in this ad but why take up space when you can contact me to meet in person? :-)~

new townhome development between the i-163 and i-15. 15 minutes, any direction, to major business centers, downtown, beaches, several major hospitals and universities, etc. i know it seems like an odd area but its so close to everything and very quiet at night as it is a small enclave in a primarily commercial district.

its a top floor condo with a dual master suite setup. both rooms have full bath with a half bath downstairs. its 1260 sq ft. and newly remodeled. rent includes all utilities, wifi, cable, etc.

unfortunately, i'm unable to physically show the room or photos of it until after close of escrow on nov. 4th. ready for renter after december 1st as new flooring is going in after escrow closes.
