located right by seaworld. i am looking for a roommate for my apartment. i have the master suite and the second room is currently available. i am looking for a person that is responsible and can pay their portion of the rent on time and in full. i like the place to be clean most of the time and i am looking for someone that can clean up after themselves. there are two bathrooms, the guest bathroom has a full walk in shower and the master bedroom has a garden tub. the rent is 650 a month due on the first (if paid after the second there are late fees). electricity is usually no more than 90 dollars so we should go half on that. i pay for time warner cable, internet, and phone. that is 133 a month. if you wish to have access to those utilities (the room has a cable outlet and phone jack) and i have a secure wireless router for internet access throughout the apartment, half of that would be expected. i have a washer and dryer in the utility room so you can do laundry at the apartment. i do not have a couch or table yet. you can view the facility by googling camden westover hills that site also list the amenities. i would like to meet the person and talk with them prior to them moving in. also they should view the apartment so they can get a feel for the layout and the space. this apartment is on the second floor with a good view.
