i'm looking to rent my spare bedroom. the apt is a two bedroom in a gated community and you would rent the spare bedroom which is 13'5 x 10'11, the room is a nice size. the price includes the rent and the utilities, i have wifi internet and cable, the apt is very big and enough for two people you would have access to the whole apt.

you must not have any felonies and would be ready for you for move in on the 1st of may, or sooner after approved. also the room will be unfurnished just has a futon in the room. the monthly rate is $400 all bills paid. it is a $150 deposit that will be used to clean up when you move out that is non-refundable after move-in.upon approval and move in first's month rent and deposit is due.
