we are expecting our first child in october please take this into consideration when contacting me. i'm renting out two of the four bedrooms in the house. provided that both are rented out at the same time you will be sharing the bathroom with that person. the house as well as the rooms are not furnished. the house is entirely too big and we haven't had the time. we do have internet but that's about it. we have three dogs and one cat, if you're allergic please take note. this is a drugfree environment, there will be a background check upon making a decision. rooms available mid august.
