we have an unfurnished room for rent in our 3bed 2.5bath house. $450 utilities included with wifi. we need help temporarily so you would need to be out before december. my husband works and i stay home with our 2 year old. every 2 weeks hes on nights and gets home between 4 and 6am. baby girl is all over the place so if you don't mind her then your more than welcome in our home. were both 22, easy going, non smokers, we like our beer once in a while on the weekends, no drugs and we speak spanish! we are very respectful but love to laugh! we can do month to month in case either of us don't like the outcome! you'd have full access to the kitchen of course! you'd supply your own food. you'd have your own bathroom and room. we have a two car garage available for storage if needed. washer and dryer available downstairs. ladies preferred please, maybe even a couple but definitely needs to be someone responsible! i am not a maid and i will not clean up after you! no deposit just that months rent, when ever you do move in! we need someone asap! we have a friendly pitbul, he's and inside outside dog and we'd prefer no other pets. no cats please, i'm deathly allergic!your bathroom on the left and your bedroom on the right. there is a batman mural on the wall but it can be painted over if needed!
