we are two young, professional females, who are clean and responsible!
the apartment is on the third floor, and it is a 3br/2ba with approx. 1,270 square feet. the room we are looking to fill is 11-1 x 9-10...
*** (it is the one with a smaller closet as shown in the picture on the ad) but there are two places for storage in the apt you can use as well!you would share a bathroom. there is a closed in balcony with a storage closet outside and plenty of storage room.
the complex amenities include a large pool, newly updated workout room, laundry facility (though we have a washer and dryer in apt...), business center and a small dog park. the complex office also has a coffee maker and refreshments available during business hours.
rent is approx. $408 (one roommate that already lives here is paying 50$ more for the bigger room.)
plus 1/3 cable/internet, electric, and washer/dryer. new lease will need to be signed on july 24th, with the complex (approx. 1 year lease.) the apt complex will run a credit and background check
you must love dogs! a very sweet cockapoo dog lives in the apt. her name is colbie,and she is well trained and loves people.
although we love her to pieces, we are not looking to add more animals in the apt
