I'm looking for a professional, someone with proof of income. Someone who is drama free, positive and productive. Smoking is ok (cigarettes outside, blacks are ok inside) Someone who doesn't keep a lot of company as the current tenants appreciate clean energy and rarely keeps company themselves. Someone who is ok with dogs as we have a pit/lab mix... very friendly loving dog, who is a house dog - kept in the main room. Otherwise just be a laid back kind of person.
