private home with newly renovated bathroom and bedroom. house is located in richmond on richmond/sugarland borderline 30 minutes from downtown houston. looking for a professional female or male roommate that is mature enough to be responsible to pay her rent and bills on time. unless discussed in advance no sleepovers (meaning no men or women over night)respect each other's privacy and the house. no parties or parting in the house. must be a clean person who does not mind cleaning up after themselves and taking out the trash if you see that it needs to be taken out. must keep the newly renovated bathroom clean as you will share it with guest if any. the water/electricity/standard cable and internet are included in the rent. preferred rental is for 12 months but will consider 12 months or less. there is a security deposit of $500.00 which needs to be paid up front with the 1st months rent of $900.00 . rent is due on the 1st of each month...
