hi im looking for a roomate for the month of april, i have a roommate but hes moving out soon ,apt is big, hard wood floors in the kitchen and bathrooms, fully firnished livingroom and kitchen, own washer and dryer . the rent is only $550.00 dollars a month with no contract water, trash, electric bill , cable and wi fi internet included. a little about myself. i am very responsible clean and outgoing guy, don't like drama. i have a cat very friendly , im looking for someone form ages 24- 40 that is responsible specially when it comes to pay bills . please no smoking in the apt and someone that doesnt always have freinds over throwing partys and making a mess. someone that doesnt make alot of noise and has a good sence of humor. must be clean, responsible and honest !! please note : i'm not asking for a deposit or a month in advance the only thing i ask is for you to be on time with the rent that's due on the first of each month .for more info plz call me at 713 540 6126 if i don't answer please leave a brief message with name and information and ill return your call as soon as possible thanks .
