my boyfriend and i have a furnished room for rent. the room has a king-size bed, end table, dresser, and a walk-in closet. there is a private bathroom across the hall from the bathroom. we are looking for a roommate that is drama-free. we do not have any children or pets. non-smoking home (if you are a smoker, you can smoke on the outside patio). we are drug-free and are looking for the same in a roommate. we both work varied hours and part of my work-day consists of working from home. if you are interested in moving in, you must pass a criminal background check first. there is a $25 non-refundable charge for the background check. rental is week to week, and the rent is due weekly ($125). you do not have to commit to a long-term stay, but a long-term stay is definitely welcome. a $250 deposit and one week rental payment (total of $375) is due at time of move-in. we will also consider a couple. the weekly rent for a couple is $200. thanks for looking. we look forward to meeting you soon.
