my name is laura. we have a room available. i am a school teacher and my husband works for american airlines in miami.
i can offer either a furnished or unfurnished room.
the room that is furnished has a single bed, dresser, desk and nightstand. it has a tv. we have an upgraded cable package and wi-fi.
the bathroom is shared.
we live in plantation and our home is very nice. it is west and very close to major highways. the house is large and your rent includes use of the kitchen and the washer and dryer.
we have one dog and will not permit any other pets. we also will not allow overnight guests.

we are very clean, respectable conservative people and would only be willing to have someone decent. we are very quiet. no drugs, no drama!
