a little about my home. it’s a 4 bedroom 2 full bath 2 story house in a quiet cul-de-sac just over kirker pass in pittsburg. the house is a 5 minute drive from the freeway. the room for rent is upstairs and is fairly large, has a ceiling fan and space heater in the room with a good size closet. bathroom would be semi shared. looking to rent out the room for 600 per month plus 1/3 home utility costs. the room is available to move into now. i have a pool table and a chill lounge area in a large front room and a hot tub in the back yard i usually only use in the winter time. house has washer and dryer for your usage.
a little about me. my name is josh and i grew up in concord. im a 30 yr/old single white male who moved to pittsburg 3 years ago. i am a working professional, responsible and clean. i have a very loving, nice, sweet 8 year old black lab. i am a very chill, laid back type of guy, i don’t fuss over the small stuff. i don’t have guests over that often and most of the time the house is quiet and serene.
