perfect location for a college student that doesn't want to live in city or someone who loves pets but can't own their own!
rent is 900.00 utilities paid! (i do not have cable) the candidate will need to provide proof of income, be willing to sign a lease agreement and follow common courtesy house rules.
the house is very pet friendly,low drama, quiet, moderately clean, close to shopping centers/restaurants (stone hill town center)/4 miles from water park, 35 minutes from downtown austin, hendrickson high school and located in an older well established subdivision.
the room is 10x91/2 feet with a private bath next door, 2 closets located on the opposite side of the house so privacy is great.
you'll have access to all common areas, kitchen, pantry/fridge, garage and private fenced back yard. (great for dogs!)
it is just me and my pets, i have 2 cats (who get along really well with small dogs/not sure on big ones) and 2 bearded dragon lizards (who live in cages.) along with a fish tank. i may be adding a small rescue dog to the family too.
pets are welcome with a 100$ nonrefundable deposit(if dog/cat/bird) and must all be updated on vaccinations/rabies. no pet rent. reptiles, small animals and fish are welcome too! as long as the pets don't try to kill each other anyone is welcome!
i'm a 26 year old fulltime illustrator and manager at a pet store so my life is work and pets. if i'm not working i'm usually cuddling with a pet watching a movie on netflix. i don't get out much. i don't smoke and only drink casually. i also do all the yard work on the house.
i'm looking for someone to help pay the mortgage that is friendly and pet loving! (after all you may be in the house alone with them), responsible to pay rent on time and respectful of the house and personal privacy.
