my boyfriend and i have a room for rent. we are looking for male or female working professionals or full time students between the ages of 20 and 28. you will have your own bathroom and bedroom that is 11x11. we have a cat named reeses, so you must be ok with cats. rent includes everything, electricity, water, internet, and bright house cable. we also have a 55in tv in the living room that is for anyone's use, and a computer you will have access to. :) really looking for someone i can be friends with, really don't want this to be awkward. if there is anything else that you would like to know please don't hesitate to ask. room is available second week of march.$425 per month may go down to 375 for your case.
