hey there! my name is alan and my roommates name is seth. we have lived here for two years now and the place is perfect. i recently accepted a job up north that will require me to be away until november. this will open up a room for another roommate for my current roommate seth. we do have a three bedroom apartment, but the third bedroom is used as a computer room. when i arrive back in november, you will not be required to move out, you may utilize the third bedroom. let me give you more information about the apartment. there are two balconies in the apt. as you can see in the pictures. the main balcony as has a hammock on it for relaxation. my room will be fully furnished, so you will not be required to bring anything really. we have a wii and rockband to go with it and we also have cable and internet with the cable set to dvr. our apartment overlooks the pool and there are grills surrounding it as well. we have a full kitchen (minus the food lol). you will be living with seth who is 22 and loves to hang out whether it be at a bar or old town. we are located at sable palm apartments if you would like to look up more information. we are needing a roommate asap so if you are seriously interested, please let us know quickly because the spot will fill fast. no deposit and a quick and easy move! we hope to hear from you soon!
