all new appliances, including washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, double door fridge, and glass top stove. the bedroom is large and includes semi-private bath. living room area with space for a dining table is also available. house is located on a conservation lot in the avalon park area in a gated community. rent is $550 per roommate with a $400 security deposit. very convenient for ucf and valencia students. very close to the waterford lakes shopping center. only a one year lease is available. this lease will not turn over into a month to month. no other pets are allowed per landlord and no children please. children count as an extra person. this lease is for one room with one occupant; couples will not split one person's rent, but would be responsible for 2/4ths of rent and utilities and share one room.





i am a laid back 26 year old and my fiancee, whom also lives here, is 25. we both work full time and we have a long-haired dachshund. we have our own living room area and usually enjoy spending our time together watching movies or tv shows or working on our fish tank. we like to keep to ourselves and we dont have parties.
